RETURNS

You may return products within 14days of purchase if new or unused  and when ever possible in it original packaging. If you want to cancel or return your order you must contact us within 14days after receiving the item. Please not certain items can not be returned (EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY- see  details below). 

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

The following execptions apply to our returns policy. All pierced jewellary items and cosmetics  and necklaces can not be returned  or exchaged  for hygiene reasons  if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty

Your order will arrive within 5-7 days (Monday-Saturday) 

after an order has been placed.

 A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and becomes active within 24 hours.

Some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual due to the extra covid 19 measures we’ve put in place to keep our employees and couriers safe.
